All products sold on this website are owned, stocked and delivered by ITCF, local Toronto food distributor, licensed to sell frozen meat and fish products. Our online shop www.redcaviar.ca is acting as a point of sale only, we do not own or stock meat or fish products or receiving actual payments for sold products.

In case some product you have purchased on www.redcaviar.ca was not satisfying for your consideration, you suspect it was not properly delivered, damaged or not fresh, all claims should be addressed to itfc_dv@hotmail.com

Orders & Payments:

We accept payments via PayPal or creadit cards (credit card payments are also billed through PayPal platfom)

• Due to a multiple fraud attempts in 2018, starting Jan 1, 2019 for all orders of $400 and up we will have 3 business days hold-ons, to fully obtain & clear online payments

Returns:

We will accept returns and provide refunds within one week after purchasing our products. The product has to be brought in its original manufacturer package, contain at list 85% of its original weight.
